Premier Inn Berlin Alexanderplatz

During my transit stay at the Premier Inn Berlin Alexanderplatz, I appreciated the hotel’s excellent location, just a short 10-minute stroll from Alexanderplatz and conveniently located 24 km from Berlin Brandenburg Airport. The room was comfortable and quiet, making it a perfect spot to recharge before continuing my journey.

I found the breakfast selection to be quite basic, with limited options. While it was adequate for a short stay, I would prefer a bit more variety to start the day off right.

Helpful staff with smiles. Location not far from Bahn and U-Bahn, main landmarks, a shopping mall nearby, the TV tower, and several attractions. A wide array of food options approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

The room was unbearably hot, reaching nearly 30 degrees, making sleep impossible. I reported it twice and was told the ventilation was broken, yet later they claimed it was fine. The staff were rude and unhelpful; such a frustrating experience!

I had a lovely stay with cozy accommodations and enjoyed being just a few steps from Alexanderplatz and only a short walk to Museum Island, made my city strolls so pleasant and effortless.

Conveniently located near major attractions and transport, the hotel offers a variety of excellent dining options, including freshly baked bread at breakfast. The family room was spacious and comfortable, providing great amenities. The receptionist's demeanor upon changing our room felt a bit off, slightly detracting from the experience.

Compared to my previous stay in berlin, this premier inn was great with its amazing location and clean, spacious room. The breakfast was diverse and delicious.

Consider utilizing the luggage storage service if you arrive early before check-in. It's convenient for exploring nearby attractions.

The thermostat in the room failed, leaving it uncomfortably warm at 29 degrees. This made sleeping a challenge, with street noise complicating matters since no other rooms were available to move to. The lack of a phone in the room caused inconvenience when needing basic supplies, as daily housekeeping was not provided. We had to fetch towels ourselves. The food options beyond breakfast were limited, and the pricing felt steep for the basic facilities offered.

The bed was super comfortable, and the room was just the right size for my family. Storing our luggage safely allowed us to explore more after check-out. Plus, being so close to alexanderplatz was a huge plus! We didn't hear much of the city noise inside the hotel. The staff was friendly and really helpful.
